Biography - Arc III

Hermionne Siege

Hellenda is among the Sarghress defenders during the Hermionne siege on Machike'Shikumo.[1]. She heard urgent news of the heavy bombard the goblins used against the wall alongside Ariel and Kel'noz, and appeared to be holding her head in pain.

After Kel'noz left with Taldrin and Zareh left Ariel alone to investigate the bombard, Hellenda took advantage of the distraction, holding a knife to the young Ill'haress' back and telling her that many would live ordering her to take a step outside for a chat. Ariel refused to move, however, and used her prehensile hair to restrain and disarm Hellenda. She then told the would be assassin to either stab her or don't - she was wasting time with idle threats. Instead of killing Hellenda for her attack, Ariel instead told her to go out and fight for their lives like everyone else, or run like a coward before returning her knife to her.[2]

Hellenda walked away, telling Ariel that she wouldn't live long anyway. Her motives for the aborted attack were unknown.[3]
