Kar'liir is a brilliant engineer of the Vel'Vloz'ress clan. He is loyal to Kiel'ndia Vel'Vloz'ress.

Appearance and Personality

Kar'liir is a bit eccentric and reclusive. He prefers the calm solitude of his lab to the insanity apparent in the rest of the Vloz'ress fortress. He is jaded by his past experiences and has no interest in making waves. So long as he is allowed to work in peace, he does not care for the politics of the clan at large.

Kar'liir has a mild stutter. He has two large golem arms extending from his back, and a golem prosthetic replacing his left eye. He is tainted.

Kar'liir is an old member of the Vloz'ress clan that still remembers the days before Kharla'ggen Vel'Vloz'ress' reign. He was a good friend of Ven'ndia Vloz'ress and tried to help her escape during the takeover.[1]

By in large he was left alone in the basement of the fortress with his lab. It wasn't until the young Kiel'ndia Vel'Vloz'ress aspired to revolutionize the clan that he was called on to act. At first he refused, but he eventually agreed to make two golems for Kiel'ndia - a functioning replica of Sene'kha that would be able to command the clan's Naga population and a symbolic likeness of Ven'ndia herself.

The golems worked, and when Kiel'ndia quickly took the reigns of the clan, she granted Kar'liir several lab assistants and extra raw material. He enjoys these privileges and continues to serve Kiel'ndia as she tries to bring the clan back to its roots.
