Appearance and Personality

Rafal'za in an intense drowussu with orange eyes and unkempt blonde hair. She wears a chest plate and a black dress. She wears a red headband and prominent red lipstick. She is an extremely sadistic individual, with an alarming degree of sociopathy. Oddly, she quite dedicated and obedient despite this. To her, truth does not exist unless a superior says so.

Biography

Schism Arc

She tortured Petri'cho when she was brought to her. Rafal'za explains the Order of the Twin Eyes is investigating Shimi'lande's murder and that Petri'cho carried suspicious items to Merril'lin, Mal and Sati'vah and that the items were messages conceding all Kyorl'solenurn land that were previously Dutan'vir-owned to the Sarghress-Sullisin'rune alliance. Later, Mal and Eclavdiira'olin brought Cas'nilhus to her to be tortured as part of the investigation.

Holy Mother Arc

She is next seen serving as the executioner for Minka and Ky'ovarde, who are both to be burned at the stake. She takes great pleasure in taunting them, ignoring the gathering protesters and she lights the fires. Fortunately, the execution is interrupted, nearly unintentionally, as Chiri pulls the flames away in order to defend herself from an attack by Yuh'le.
