Yaku'ise was apparently released from her captivity and attended Shimi'lande's funeral, and claims to have received the same vision that Chirinide, Chime, and Merril'lin the moment of Shimi'lande's death. She reluctantly agrees to confirm Valla'drielle as the next Ill'haress.
During The District War, the clan fell into infighting and a string of murders occurred, eventually leading Yakuise and her fellow seers to the source: Yuh'le. She is struck down by the false inquisitor's empath attack, but survives thanks to Chirinide's fire sorcery. Yakuise then joins her sisters and others who call for Valla'drielle Val'Kyorl'solenurn to step down in favor of Anahid.
Biography - Arc III
Three years following the end of the District War, the Kyorl'solenurn conducted a targeted demon purge in many of the southern districts, particularly the area surrounding the Pillar of Light. This had caused a great rift in relationships between the Chelian and the Nuqrahn clans over the swift, brutal execution being carried out. Yakuise had returned to her position as an emissary to the Sharen, and argued her clan's case in Zala'ess' court. During the hearing in the Val'Sharess Tower, Yakuise insisted that the Kyorl'solenurn be granted access to more infested areas where they believed an open nether gate was hidden away. The Balvhakara and Beldrobbaen representatives stood staunchly against the request to which Zala'ess agreed, citing that uncontrolled purging would frighten the populace and denying Yakuise's assumption that a nether gate may be operational within Sharen territory. However, the Empress agreed that purges should continue, albeit under tight supervision.
