Tur'geis is a cameo character designed by Alric. He is a Highland Raider and Am'saag mercenary.

Appearance and Personality

Tur'geis Am'saag is a very tall & powerfully built drowolath male with volcanic blue eyes and long, red dyed hair with a braid on each side of his head. He has a soft spot for the Marauders' pet feral Aisha as well as his trusted wolf mount, Bodark. Tur'geis is very devoted to his mate Die'tra Am'saag and will always fight by her side.

A foreign mercenary, he fights for the Val'Sarghress for glory and money rather than ideological reasons. His personality is boisterous and humorous, coupled with a strong streak of bravado as well as a barbaric code of honor. Despite his brutish appearance, he is capable of using his brains as much as his brawn. Tur'geis loves a good fight in addition to the typical downtime activities of barbarians and mercenaries everywhere: drinking, wenching, and gambling.

Biography

Tur'geis made his entrance alongside Laj'vati Sullisin'rune during the Battle of Darya Lake as they were pursuing Kery'awa Xyrrai'zestu Sharen. After challenging Kery'awa to a fight, Tur'geis was able to soundly defeat her with some help from his nearby allies, breaking her thumbs and giving her a concussion during the fight. However, Oiloss'lin Xyrrai'zestu Sharen arrived with several demonic summons and rescued Kery'awa. Tur'geis and Bodark could be seen in the ensuing battle helping Ariel and her infantry defeat the Vel'Sharen forces outside the castle.

After the castle at Darya Lake was taken by the Sarghress, Tur'geis was relaxing with his close friends Zan'nah Sarghress and Min'issya in the castle's dining room, showing them the loot and slave he had acquired during the battle to take the castle. Ariel took offense at Tur'geis' looting of his fallen foes and the castle, and asked that he hand them over. Tur'geis grew angered at Ariel daring to deny him looting privileges and boldly challenged the heir to a duel; Ariel cleverly sidestepped the experienced warrior's demand by asking the slave if she wanted to join the Sarghress. The slave decided to take her chances in the Sarghress war machine and followed Ariel out of the kitchen.

As could be determined from Tur'geis' promise of swift and brutal violence to Durlyn Mae'yukir Sarghress' request to hand his loot over, Tur'geis retained his loot after the battle. After meeting up with his old friends in the Marauders for a post-battle celebration, Tur'geis was reassigned with the legions fighting the Beldrobbaen advance in the north.

Later on Tur'geis would be the commander of the Highland Raider squad that leads Ariel and her friends to the colony of Ys, currently under attack from Hermiones. After a relaxing evening spent drinking and lovemaking with his mate Die'tra Am'saag Sarghress, Tur'geis aided in helping Ariel, Faen'arae Val'Sullisin'rune, and Chirinide Val'Kyorl'solenurn defeat Hermione invaders.

Outside of Moonless Age

Tur'geis first appeared in Relic Hunters as a weapons specialist Highland Raider in the Marauders' squad.
